Peregrine Cloud announced today that it has recently completed the implementation of NetDocuments for SJL Jimenez Lunz (http://www.sjl-legal.com/), an independent business law firm based in Luxembourg. Best-of-breed NetDocuments, implemented on Citrix and integrated with PMS
SJL Jimenez Lunz were using an all-in-one Practice Management System (PMS) for their document management and approached us to help resolve their document and email filing and retrieval issues. Like many such systems, it did not have the powerful document management features of a modern best-of-breed system like NetDocuments. Different document versions were stored as separate documents, so the latest version could only be identified by manually comparing document dates, a time-consuming process. By comparison, the NetDocuments system handles different document versions effortlessly, resolving this issue and enabling the staff to concentrate on their client work. We implemented NetDocuments on Citrix, the firm’s preferred IT platform, integrating the PMS to ensure the same client and matter references were used in both systems, then imported the firms existing documents from the filing system. To ensure the firm was up and running quickly with their new Document Management System we also provided end-user training for their staff.
